Adelaide's is a unique development of a 19th Century church building in Glasgow city centre by the resident congregation of Adelaide Place Baptist Church who have worshiped there since 1877.

It is now a city centre commercial complex comprising:

a two star guest house with eight bedrooms;
a pre-school nursery for children aged 6 weeks - 5 years
a multi-purpose auditorium seating 450;
a small meeting room for up to 15 people;
The church still uses the building for worship, and Adelaide's gives us the opportunity to be involved in the city centre community 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Adelaide’s is a 2-star Guest House located in Glasgow City Centre.

The majority of our eight centrally heated rooms have ensuite bath/shower. All have direct dial telephone, colour TV, hospitality tray and clock/radio alarms. The rooms are attractively furnished in keeping with the architectural style, and all are non-smoking. Internet access is now available in our Reception area.

We particularly welcome families and children - two of our rooms are family rooms, cots are available. Unfortunately we do not have facilities for pets.

Rooms are available from 4.30 pm or earlier by arrangement, and require to be vacated by 10.30 am on the day of departure. Guests are welcome to check in at any time and leave their luggage with us.

Our breakfast buffet is available in the morning.

Adelaide’s is part of the Scottish Tourist Board Welcome Host scheme and our friendly staff will be only too happy to assist you in any way we can.

Annual Closure
Adelaides normally closes for a short period over Christmas and New Year. Please call us for further information on bookings around that period.

We have a variety of rooms to suit your party and budget:

Room 1 Twin beds, en suite.
Room 2 Single standard. The room has it’s own wash hand basin. Bath, shower and toilet are shared with one Room 3.
Room 3 Single standard. The room has it’s own wash hand basin. Bath, shower and toilet are shared with one Room 2.
Room 4 Twin beds, en suite.
Room 5 Family room, en suite. Sleeps 6 in 2 single beds plus two pairs of bunks.
Room 6 Family room, en suite. Sleeps 4 in 4 single divan beds.
Room 7 Double bed, en suite.
Room 8 Double bed, en suite.

Rooms are available from 4 pm or earlier by arrangement, and require to be vacated by 10.30 am on the day of departure. Guests are welcome to check in at any time and leave their luggage with us.
